4 oz shredded cheese (Any kind, depending on what flavor you want. I use cheddar.)
1 cup milk

Continue stirring, then when milk is hot, slowly add cheese. As you stir, the sauce will thicken. When the cheese is completely melted into the sauce, it should be ready. Remove from heat.
