I had some chicken breast I had to cook, so I made up a recipe.
1/4 lb. Chicken breast
2 limes or lemons
1 tomato, diced
1/2 onion, diced
Slice up the chicken breast, fry with onions in a pan with some vegetable oil. Add tumeric and some salt, simmer for 10 minutes on medium, stirring occasionally. Then squeeze 2 limes (or lemons) into it, with 1/4 teaspoon pepper. Add tomato after the previous ingredients have simmered for a while, simmer for 5 more minutes on low. Eat over rice.
