“O ye friends of God! Show ye an endeavor that all the nations and communities of the world, even the enemies, put their trust, assurance and hope in you; that if a person falls into errors for a hundred-thousand times he may yet turn his face to you, hopeful that you will forgive his sins; for he must not become hopeless, neither grieved nor despondent. This is the conduct and the manner of the people of Baha’. This is the foundation of the most high pathway!”
-‘Abdu’l-Bahá, Tablets of Abdul-Baha Abbas

Sholeh,
Thank you so much for sharing this post. It came on the perfect day, at the perfect time! It’s all good and easy in theory to be an open and forgiving person, but to practice it is another story….and right now is a time in my life when I need to mindfully focus on this a lot. This passage hit me directly in my heart, in my soul! I’ll be following your blog more often for little bits of uplifting spirit :0) Hope all is well with you beautiful girl!!!!
Dearest! I’m so happy this was helpful to you. Lots of love, and please let me know when you’re in town next.
