Ingredients:
onion, chopped
a few slices of ginger, diced
a few cloves garlic, diced
salt
pepper
sesame oil
soy sauce
chicken breast, cut into small pieces
peas
chopped mustard greens
1. Fry onion, garlic, ginger, salt, and pepper in sesame oil and soy sauce.
2. Add chicken, with a 1/8 cup water if needed. Saute on medium until nearly cooked.
3. Add peas, and as soon as they are nearly cooked, add the mustard greens. Only fry for a few minutes longer, then take off the heat.
4. Serve over rice.

Mmm, I had something like this the other day though instead of greens it was cabbage, plus some bell peppers, add the sauce concoction of soy sauce, chicken broth and other things, saute and and serve over rice 🙂
Your recipes (and their accompanying photo) make me wish I wasn’t a vegetarian. :-/ ah well, i HAVE been known to cheat. a little. 🙂
