She put it together in a PDF for everyone to enjoy: <a href=\"http:\/\/www.nineteenmonths.com\/a-fast-word-the-anthology\/\" target=\"_blank\">A Fast Word: The Anthology<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The poem that I contributed:<\/p>\n<p><strong>My Mother\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s Hands\u00c2\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>My hands do not yet look like my mother\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s hands<\/em><br \/>\n<em>but they are starting to move in the same ways<\/em><br \/>\n<em>and express themselves on their own.<\/em><br \/>\n<em>When I pour coffee early in the morning<\/em><br \/>\n<em>my hands cradle the cup<\/em><br \/>\n<em>and I view the skyline of my home.<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Dawn comes in little pieces<\/em><br \/>\n<em>the tests come in waves<\/em><br \/>\n<em>each chasing the other.<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Over at Nineteen Months (the site that I founded and now run with my friend Caitlin), we had 19 day project of words from various authors about the Baha&#8217;i Fast, and Caitlin organized it all.
